Just the Basics

Starting with our basic party plan, Just the Basics is a specialty party for eight people for two hours. It includes a meal, a selection of sweet treats, coffee, tea, French Sodas, flat and sparkling water. We will work with you on a color palette and even design a Save-the-date digital invite for you to send to your guests. This party also includes your table settings, linens, center pieces, blue tooth speaker for music (Check below in What's included in my party). We do our best to customize your party to fit all your needs.

Location Extravaganza

Perfect for a romantic anniversary, or a small party with your best friends. Our pop-up parties can be held on the beach, in the park, or a specialty location and includes music, meals, and a-mazing fun. Bring your laughs and love to make it a party to remember. You choose the theme you want for your event, and we bring the party to you! Check below for What's included in my party to see all that comes with this package.

Starting at $250 for 2 guests

  • Locations include the Los Angeles area. Outside Los Angeles area will include a travel fee.

Afternoon Tea

It's not just for the Brits! You can have a formal (or informal) traditional afternoon tea for your guests including scones, Devonshire cream, and homemade jams. Your afternoon tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, savory and sweet treats, bread basket, gourmet coffee, selection of French soda, and of course, some of the finest tea selections served from silver tea pots! This party also includes a tea cup charm for all the ladies in attendance.

  • Upgrade party favor to a vintage tea cup and saucer for $12 per guest.

A Girl's Best Friend

Who ever said diamonds were a girl's best friend has never had a Boutique Party Chocolate Tasting! With a selection of the finest chocolates available, your party will delight your guests with tasty treats and fun-filled laughter. And, don't be fooled by the name, this party can be customized to include men! This is a great option for an after dinner destination gathering, or you can add a meal and other food options for a more full party! We can customize this party to fit your needs.

Diner en Blush

Our most popular choice for a party that really stands apart from the rest. Our Diner en Blush is an event to live for! We take you through this step-by-step process of creating a mystery event for your guests where we don’t reveal the location until just a few hours before the big event. But don’t worry! We drop lots of hints and information that they need to know along the way. This party is too secret to post the info here, so you will just have to contact us for more information!

Starting at $1500 for 16 guests

Little Ladies Tea

Give your daughter and her closest friends a taste of the finer things in life with our Little Ladies Tea Party. Includes little lady friendly foods, desserts, and tea (hot and cold), lemonade, and punch. Also included is our Tickled Pink Etiquette booklet to start your little lady learning her best manners.

Starting at $425 for 8 girls (add $5 per child for homemade hot chocolate)

  • This party includes a party favor for each girl.

What does my party include?

At Boutique Parties, hospitality is at the heart of our business. We provide you and your guests an outstanding experience that takes a party to the next level. Our motto is to always bring your very best, and that is what we do for you! We create an experience that is sure to impress even the most picky of guests. Your party will include:

  • A choice meal that fits your budget (except A Girl's Best Friend, which remains a chocolate tasting - additional menu options can be added for a fee).
  • Beverages including gourmet coffee, a selection of fine teas, French sodas, sparkling & flat waters.
  • A dessert table with a selection of fantastic sweet treats.
  • All place setting needs including fine china, flatware, glassware, center pieces, and linens (we have a large selection of in-house items you can choose from).
  • If you want music, we provide a blue-tooth speaker for more intimate parties (you provide the playlist from your smart device).
  • We include a table and chairs for a party of eight at no additional fee. Any additional tables and chairs needed for bigger parties will include additional rentals.
  • Or, wooden table for eight - seating on a blanket.
  • Two-hours block of time to spend with your guests.
  • A digital Save-the-Date and party invite for your guests.
  • Set up & break down.

Is there anything else do I need to know?

Yes, there are just a few more things you need to know:

  • We do not serve alcohol at our parties. If you choose to include alcohol, you will need to provide those items and service separately.
  • We require 50% deposit for all parties at the time of the contract signing. We will be unable to move forward with your party without payment. Final payment will be due the day before your event.
  • Cancellation before 5 days of your event will be refunded minus 10% restocking fee. If you need to cancel within 3 days of your party, your deposit will be refunded at 50%.
  • No party includes a rental for venue fee. Any venue rentals will be covered by the client.

Add Ons

  • Sound system with 2 speakers, mics, with stage (4 x 8) - $475.
  • Photographer - $225 for 2 hours ($75 each additional hour).
  • Mini Poloroid photos (20) - $50.
  • Upgraded food items - price available upon request.
  • Appropriate party favor for each guest - starting at - $20 per guest.
  • Server - $75 per server (for two hours, additional $45/hour).
  • Additional time of party duration -  $100 per hour.
  • Luxury backdrop for photos - $125.
